Extra Dry - A straw-colored martini with a bright aroma of toffee, raspberry and lemon. Produced since 1900. It has a low sugar content (2.8% instead of 16%) and a high percentage of alcohol (18% instead of 16%). Extra Dry is used as a base for many cocktails, it is also drunk chilled in its purest form.
