BRANDY DE JEREZ
Heresy brandy (isp. Brandy de Jerez) is a traditional Spanish alcoholic drink with a strength of 36 to 45 degrees, produced from alcohol and wine distillates, aged for more than 6 months in special oak barrels made from sherry. Produced over several centuries in the south of Spain. Extract of sherry brandy is permitted only in a special area in Andalusia called the “Sherry Triangle”.
